About The person behind the course

Ethan Lesar, AI & Cloud Engineer.Built from the work, not the hype.

I spend my days making Claude do real work inside real companies: agents that run unattended, skills a whole team shares, and integrations that touch production systems. This course is the material I wish had existed when I started.

What I actually do

At Automation Architects I build agent-first AI systems on Google Cloud for client teams. That means writing the Claude skills their staff run every day, building the MCP servers that connect Claude to their internal systems, and designing the agent workflows that review, research and ship code without a human watching every step. I also sit with the non-technical people on those teams and teach them to run the same tooling, which is where the Non-Developers track comes from.

Why this course exists

Most Claude content is either a prompt list or a demo that falls over the moment you try it on your own files. Neither teaches the operating model: why a skill never triggers, why an agent drifts, why a tool call returns junk. Real Skills AI does. Every module is built around a file you copy, run and then replace with your own task, so by the end you have a working library instead of a certificate.

Who it is for

The Developers track is for people who write software and want Claude Code, custom skills, subagents and MCP to be part of how they ship. The Non-Developers track is for everyone whose week is eaten by repeat work that should have been automated already. Both are written in plain language and kept current as Claude changes.
