Claude for non-developers.The work that eats your week, done by Tuesday.
Reports, inboxes, follow-ups, formatting, summaries, the same six documents every month. This track shows you how to package each of those into a Claude skill you run in one line, and how to build a library of them that compounds.
Who it is for
Operators, marketers, analysts and founders drowning in repeat tasks
Anyone who uses Claude daily but re-explains the same context every time
Teams who want one shared way of working with AI instead of twelve
People who tried "prompt libraries" and found them useless a week later
By the end
You will be able to
Spot which of your tasks are skills in disguise, and which are not
Write a skill in plain language that runs the same way every time
Connect Claude to your docs, email, calendar and spreadsheets
Chain skills into a weekly routine you trigger in one message
Keep a personal skill library that gets sharper as you use it
Non-Developers
What you can automate
Real repetitive tasks, not demos. Every one of these becomes a Claude skill you build during the course, using Claude, Claude Cowork and the connectors to the tools you already use.
01
Inbox and follow-ups
Triage email, draft replies in your voice, and chase the threads that went quiet. No Zapier, no code.
02
Reports and status updates
The weekly report, the monthly summary, the board update. Same structure every time, written from your real data.
03
Documents and slide decks
Proposals, briefs, meeting prep and decks, formatted the way your team expects, from a one-line request.
04
Spreadsheets and data
Clean, join and summarise sheets without formulas. Reconcile two exports. Turn a CSV into the chart your manager wants.
05
Meetings and calendars
Pre-reads before every call, notes and actions after it, and the calendar tidy-up you never get to.
06
Weekly routines
Chain skills into one Monday-morning message that runs five tasks in order, before you have finished your coffee.

Do I need to know how to code to use Claude Code or take this course?+
No. The Non-Developers track assumes zero code. You write skills in plain language and run them from Claude or Claude Cowork. The Developers track assumes you already write software and want Claude Code, skills, subagents and MCP to be part of how you ship.
What are Claude skills and how do they work?+
A skill is a short file that tells Claude how to do one repeatable task: what to ask for, what steps to follow, what the result should look like. Claude picks it up when your request matches. You write it once and run it in one line, instead of re-explaining the task every time.
Can I use Claude for non-coding work like emails, reports and spreadsheets?+
Yes, and that is the whole point of the Non-Developers track. You connect Claude to your email, calendar, documents and sheets, then build skills for the tasks that repeat: inbox triage, weekly reports, meeting prep, data clean-up, and routines that chain them together.
Do I need a Claude Pro or Max subscription to take this course?+
The Developers track uses Claude Code, which needs a Claude Pro or Max plan or API access. The Non-Developers track works on any paid claude.ai plan, including Pro. The course price does not include a Claude subscription.
How long does it take to learn Claude Code or finish a track?+
Each track is four modules of two to three hours. Most people finish a track in two weeks working an evening or two a week, and are using their first skill on real work after module two.
